While searching through random boxes and piles of papers my husband came across the best crepe recipe ever! It is the original one that his mother gave to him and we have wanted to remember it, but could not and so we used the other crepe recipe I have posted on here. It’s good, but not the best. So we were ecstatic when he found it and I knew I needed to put it on here immediately, in case we lose the copy we have again.
The Best Crepe Recipe
2/3 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 1/2 C. milk
2 Tbs. butter, melted
- Sift the flour and salt together.
- Whisk in the milk and eggs, adding the melted butter at the very end.
- Pour small amounts into a pan over medium heat, making sure it is thin. Flip and cook the other side.
- Put on plate, add desired toppings, and enjoy! 🙂
